Grown in harmony with the seasons, our lamb and mutton is naturally grass-fed and sourced from independent farms that embrace traditional extensive farming. This means our sheep spend most of their lives outdoors, grazing freely.

What's the deadline for placing an Easter order?

Easter is a busy time of year for most of us, including our farmers and butchers. However, our Easter deadlines are the same as our usual deadlines. For a more detailed breakdown please see the table below.

When will my Easter order be delivered?

During checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery date between Wednesday 1st and Sunday 5th April. Note: we can only deliver to addresses in Birmingham and London on Friday 3rd and Sunday 5th April.


Deliveries are made by our courier, between 8am and 8pm. If you are not home to receive your order, you will have the option to choose a safe place for the driver to deliver your box, or you can request for it to be delivered to a neighbour.

What’s the delivery fee for an Easter order?

Our standard delivery fees apply over Easter: £4.95 for weekday delivery and £5.95 for weekend delivery.

When is payment taken for my Easter order?

We'll take payment for your Easter order during checkout.

Will my items last until Easter Sunday?

All products labelled JUST FOR EASTER will have a use-by date of at least Sunday 5th April.

Our all year-round products may have a shorter shelf-life due to the fresh nature of the product.

Please note, as we deliver everything fresh (unless stated otherwise in the product description) our products can be frozen to prolong the shelf life.

What does the "Just for Easter" label mean on products?

These products cannot be added to subscription orders. To order these products subscription customers must place a one off order by clicking the Place an Easter order button. You will then have the option to add these products to a one-off order and choose a delivery date between Wednesday 1st and Sunday 5th April April during checkout. This one-off order will be delivered alongside any regular subscription order.

Am I able to make any amendments to an order?

Once you have placed your Easter order you will not be to edit its contents online as we take payment at the time of ordering. If you’ve forgotten something, simply give the team a call on 01749 703001 or email [email protected].

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. You can also pay for your Easter order using Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pay Pal.

Can I freeze everything in my order?

Most of our products are delivered fresh, so can be frozen upon receipt. The only products that cannot be re-frozen are products labelled FROM FROZEN.

How is the food packaged and does it stay fresh?

We deliver your order in temperature controlled recyclable boxes with recyclable ice packs, keeping your food chilled for up to 24 hours. While our ice packs may melt when your order is out for delivery, we test our box temperatures weekly to ensure our minimum chill time doesn’t change.

When will my Easter order be delivered?

Can I choose the time of delivery?

We don’t currently offer the option of selecting a delivery time. You’ll receive a delivery notification via text or email on the day of your delivery with a one-hour time slot. Our standard delivery window is between 8am and 8pm. We take delivery instructions if you’re not home when we’re due to deliver.

What happens if I can't be at home to receive my delivery?

No need to worry if you're not at home. We will ask you for delivery instructions when you add your delivery address. We will always leave your order according to these instructions.


You will receive a one-hour time slot on the morning of your delivery. You will also be able to track the progress of your delivery using the DPD app.

Is there anywhere in the UK you don't deliver?

Unfortunately, the following postcodes are currently not covered by our courier for next day delivery, so we can’t guarantee it will arrive fresh and therefore don’t deliver: AB31-AB56, BT, FK17-FK21, G83, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-KA28, KW, PA20-PA78, PH, TR21-TR25, ZE.
