A Field & Flower favourite, all our chicken is properly free-range, slow-grown and sourced from small-scale, family-run farms in England. Free to roam, peck and preen all day under the watchful eyes of our dedicated group of farmers, this commitment to exceptional welfare results in exceptional tasting chicken.

We believe in minimum intervention, allowing our birds to thrive outdoors and exhibit their natural behaviours. We never use any routine, prophylactic antibiotics or growth hormones and audit our farms regularly to ensure the highest level of care.
