Lazy Easter Weekend Box (Chicken)
Plenty to keep everyone well fed over the Easter weekend without too much work. This is a versatile box which could see you through the weekend in lots of different ways, but we'd serve smoked salmon trims on blinis to start, followed by chicken, bacon, and creamy leek pie with spring greens and mash, and a cheeseboard to finish. Bacon and sausages will see us through the weekend on sourdough sandwiches or in a full English if you're up for more cooking.
