Our Beef
At Field & Flower, we strive to bring you the best of British beef. To us, this means sourcing heritage and native breeds, reared in traditional, extensive farming systems from a network of the best independent farms in England. All of this takes time, and our beef is allowed to grow slower for longer, spending at least two seasons at grass fed on a natural diet. We also ensure that our cattle travels as little as possible in their life so that they are free to spend the most of their time chewing the cud and enjoying being part of the herd.
This exceptional care is maintained at every step, from production and slaughter to butchery and delivery. We work with small and medium sized regional abattoirs, upholding farming communities and local economies, promote regenerative agriculture and ensure minimal distance from farm to slaughter. Our prime cuts are then dry-aged, expertly butchered to order and delivered fresh to your door.

Our named West Country beef products like our burgers, meatballs and wellingtons are prepared in our West Country kitchen and so are sourced separately to the rest of our beef from West Country PGI accredited farms.
