This cushion is made of a whole boneless chicken, so as you slice you will find layers of white and dark meat interwoven with our gorgeous wild garlic sausage meat. Be sure to reserve the roasting juices to turn through potatoes or drizzle hot over vegetables for your Easter lunch.

This is a raw product that must be cooked. Store below 3°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days.

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan 160°C).​
2. Place the chicken cushion in a roasting tin.​
3. Roast for 1 hour and 20 minutes, covering with foil if the skin browns too quickly.​
4. Check that the core temperature has reached 75°C.​
5. Remove from the oven and rest for 15 minutes.​
6. Slice into portions. The meat should be fully cooked with the stuffing heated through.​
