Cooking times may vary depending on your oven.

Cooking from chilled:

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
2. Remove label and film and place the tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes, until piping hot and beginning to caramelize.
3. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
