Do not re-freeze - this product has been previously frozen. This is a raw product that must be cooked. Store below 4°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days.
Cooking times may vary depending on your oven. Ensure the pastry is golden and crisp and the filling is hot all the way through.

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / gas mark 6.
2. Lightly eggwash or brush with milk for a golden finish.
3. Place the Wellington on a lined baking tray and bake for 30–35 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and check the core temperature has reached 75°C before serving.
5. Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This helps the filling settle and keeps the pastry crisp.
