Our Sustainable Land-Based Salmon

Our land-based salmon is responsibly and sustainably reared by pioneering aquaculture in the pristine coastal regions of Norway and Iceland. Raised in fresh, clean seawater and carefully controlled environments, the salmon have plenty of space to swim and grow.

With fish welfare and sustainability at the heart of every step, our land-based salmon are raised in closed, contained systems that eliminate sea lice, escapees, and prevent them from posing a risk to wild salmon populations. Cleaner, carefully monitored environments mean there’s no need for antibiotics or pesticides, resulting in purer, healthier fish. These farms maintain exceptional water quality and fish health, using lava-filtered geothermal water in Iceland and pristine sea water in Norway. This attentive care produces fillets that are firm and richly flavoured.

We source our salmon from two of the most forward-thinking land-based farms in Norway and Iceland, where every stage of production is fully traceable and monitored, from egg to harvest. Waste is carefully filtered and treated on-site; in Norway a percentage of the waste is used by local farmers as fertiliser. This attitude to waste protects local ecosystems and keeps rivers and oceans clean. With lower mortality rates, higher welfare standards, and full transparency, choosing our land-based salmon means enjoying premium fish with confidence, while supporting a future of responsible, ethical, and environmentally friendly salmon farming.
