This is an ideal pack size for two people . It does not matter that the pieces are small , the flavour is just the same as a whole slice . These are not too salty , but have a creamy texture , perfect for breakfast with scrambled eggs or for lunch with brown bread and homemade mayonnaise, delicious.

These were a false economy for me. I eat a lot of smoked fish, including salmon, but I didn't like these trims at all. I had hoped they'd be an economical way to buy some smoked salmon but the trims came with lots of grey flesh, lots of very thick pieces that were chewy and tough, and it was over-smoked and over-salted. Really unpleasant.
