"Treat yourself and your loved ones to a centrepiece for the ages. Made with only the crowning jewel cuts of venison (the loin and fillet), the rich meat is wrapped in a blend of fruity redcurrant, earthy mushroom and spinach duxelle, then encased in delicate croissant pastry ready to bake at home. It is delivered with a bramble and bay leaf jam, allowing you to make a delicious bramble and bay leaf jus at home to serve with the wellington and give it the perfect sweet, savoury Easter finish. Our Venison is sourced in accordance with The Deer Society, including only approved breeds of wild deer culled in their relevant open season. We never source farmed venison, only wild deer hunted with targeted culling to protect the natural biodiversity of our woodlands. We deliver our Wild Venison Wellington previously frozen not only to ensure that the product arrives perfectly intact, but also to ensure that we’re delivering the highest quality beef. Do not re-freeze. This product is only available for delivery on our Easter delivery dates (Wed 27 March, Thu 28 March, Sat 30 March 2024).
