1. Remove your turkey parcels from the fridge for a short time before you want to cook them to bring them up to room temperature.
2. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
3. Place the parcels on a roasting tray and brush lightly with oil. Cook in the centre of the oven for 40-45 minutes until cooked through, basting occasionally. The juices must run clear when the thickest part of the parcel is pierced with a skewer.
4. Remove from the oven and leave to rest under tin foil for 3-5 minutes before serving.
