Our sous vide Beef Topside is the perfect quick centrepiece for a small gathering, or an easy and hassle-free option for a second meat at the table. Pre-prepared by our Somerset chefs with cracked black pepper and thyme, our festive Beef Topside has been sous vide over several hours to ensure a perfectly pink centre. Christmas can be a busy time, with lots of cooking and preparations. Our sous range is designed to make your life easier. All of our sous vide products are free-range and from the same trusted farmers we source from all year round. They have been pre-marinated or seasoned by our Somerset chefs so you can save time in the kitchen and spend more quality moments with your loved ones. Cooking Instruction 1. Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas mark 5. 2. Remove the joint from the packaging, and tip all contents into a small ovenproof dish. 3. Place in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. 4.
