The MòR Atlantic Trout have been farmed in the tidal waters of Scotland's Atlantic Coast by the Cannon Family since 1972 and is proudly the only trout grown in full salt water in the UK. It is firm in texture and has a naturally sweet, buttery and delicate flavour. This trout grows to the size of salmon, but maintains the delicate, clean taste of a sea trout and the leanness for which it is often preferred.
