Described by our Head of Supply Chain as ""mindbending"", the St. Cera is a soft, raw-milk cheese with a creamy interior that is packed with flavour.The process of rind-washing gives a savoury, almost meaty texture and flavour, the perfect foil for the creamy lactic centre. Made by a third-generation family farm in Suffolk, they use warm, unpasteurised milk from their free ranging Montbeliarde cows to create this cheese lover’s dream. Made with cow's milk and animnal-based rennet. This product is only available for delivery on our Christmas delivery dates (Tue 19 Dec, Wed 20 Dec, Thu 21 Dec, Fri 22 Dec, Sat 23 Dec, Sun 24 Dec).
