Salmon En Croute is an impressive centrepiece on any festive table. Ours has a delicious interior of the most premium salmon combined with rich, smooth cream cheese encased in perfect, golden pastry. The salmon has been sourced from tidal lochs on the Scottish coast and Isles, where farmers with generations of knowledge use time honoured, traditional hand-rearing practices that result in beautiful, artisan salmon. Our Scottish farmed salmon is sourced from tidal lochs on the Scottish coast and Isles, swimming against strong currents to yield rich, bright fillets. The farmers keep their stock density low, so the salmon have more room to grow and remain active. Their diet is much like it would be in the wild, consisting mainly of marine protein and oils. Please note, this product has been previously frozen to help our supplier manage the busy festive period and so that the pastry is delivered in the best condition possible. Do not re-freeze.
