Our Luxury Cheeseboard is an excellent choice for cheese connoisseurs and novices alike, with a carefully selected mix of premium British cheese. First up, Highmoor. This supple washed rind cheese is matured for five weeks, allowing the brothy, meaty flavours to fully develop as well as its eye catchy soft orange hue. Next the gorgeous English style Brie made by Fen Farm in Suffolk, Baron Bigod. With its mushroomy, bloomy white rind and unctuous centre this cheese is a must have, it’s particularly good baked in the oven with some fresh rosemary. With it’s orange hues from natural annatto, Shropshire Blue really is synonymous with autumn, bringing warmth and a sweet peppery flavour. Next up we have Long Clawson Stilton, a crumbly and bold cheese with characteristic veins of blue running throughout offering bold flavour to warm the palate. Wookey Hole Cave Aged Cheddar is a must, made by Ford Farm in the Mendip Hills two hundred feet underground this cheddar takes on a distinctive earthy flavour with a hum of sweet nuttiness. Lastly, Truffler. An indulgent hard cows milk cheese combined with minced black truffles and truffle oil.

Good selection of cheeses. We loved the Biron Bigod and mild blue cheese.
