Produced using cow’s milk and double cream from a family farm in Oxfordshire, this indulgent soft cheese is loosely based on Chaource – a white-rind cheese from Champagne country. With a mixture of sweet, salty and buttery flavours that are reminiscent of Camembert, this popular cheese is ideal on a cheeseboard, or if cooking, to fill a homemade quiche. This is a pasteurised cheese, made with cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet and is suitable for vegetarians.
