Our Artisan Christmas Cheeseboard features a selection of traditionally made British cheeses, a mini jar of each Sticky Fig Relish and Caramelised Onion Chutney, one pack of buttermilk biscuits and one pack of charcoal biscuits. See below for tasting notes. Waterloo: With a semi-soft texture and white rind, this Guernsey milk cheese has a rich and golden texture with a full, buttery taste. Made with unpasteurised cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet, this cheese is suitable for vegetarians. Keens Cheddar: A raw cheddar famed for its complexity of flavour, this cheddar is matured in cotton muslin to encourage the earthy flavours to develop, with a full and strong finish. Made with pasteurised cow’s milk and animal-based rennet. This cheese is not vegetarian. Simon Weaver Blue: This unique cheese can be described as a blue veined brie. Produced in the Cotswolds, the flavour is light, soft and mild, ideal for spreading onto crackers. Made with pasteurised cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet, this cheese is suitable for vegetarians. Miller's Damsel Buttermilk Biscuits: A creamy and tangy wafer made with British buttermilk and butter, these artisan cheese biscuits are the ideal pairing with our Bix or Wigmore Cheese. Produced by a family bakery in the heart of the Peak District, the method of baking these biscuits has been unchanged for over 100 years. Miller's Damsel Wheat Biscuits: Crafted from stone-ground flour milled in England, our Damsel Wheat Biscuits have a crunchy texture, making them the perfect pairing for cheese during your Christmas feast. Caramelised Onion Marmalade: Perfect with pâté, cheese and pork sausages, this caramelised onion marmalade is truly something special. Sticky Fig Relish: Tangy and sweet, this relish tastes incredible with soft cheese. We love it paired with crackers and goats cheese. Serves 8-10 people. This product is only available for delivery on our Christmas delivery dates (Mon 19 Dec, Tue 20 Dec, Wed 21 Dec, Thu 22 Dec, Fri 23 Dec, Sat 24 Dec).
