This Spiced Cabbage is given Christmas punch with redcurrant, elderberry and that oh-so-seasonal grating of nutmeg. To make preparation even easier, this is sent to you in a foil tray that can go straight in the oven.

Cooking instructions

Cooking times may vary depending on your oven.

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / Gas Mark 4.
  2. Remove the product from the plastic pouch and empty into an ovenproof dish. Heat for 15–20 minutes, or until piping hot.
  3. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
