Cooking instructions
Our sous vide cuts are already cooked, so the joints just need warming through and crisping in the oven. We’ve created them to not take much longer than your potatoes.
Cooking times may vary depending on your oven.
- Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas mark 5.
- Remove the turkey breast from its packaging, with the butter, herbs and accoutrements. Place the turkey in a loose tin foil bowl to keep the juices close, and then pour over the other contents of the vacuum pack – this will keep the joint nice and moist.
- Place on a preheated oven tray and put in the oven.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, covering the joint with silver foil if it becomes too dark.
- Remove the turkey joint from the oven, checking that the skin is golden and crispy. Pour all the remaining turkey juices into your Christmas gravy pan.
- Cover the joint with silver foil to keep warm, allowing to rest for 5-8 minutes before carving.
