It's portioned in the pack so you can break it into four quarter pounders and press down into your skillet as photographed - this creates the maximum surface pressure for crispy caramelised edges and rich rendered fat. Just add a little sea salt and cracked black pepper and garnish with pickles and buns for an easy dinner.
