We source our stunning Turkish marinades and sauces from The Kebab Club - the marriage of Elizabeth, a trained chef, and Yuksal, the son of the owner of a legendary kebab shop. They have set up a fantastic small business specialising in a range of bespoke marinades and sauces showcasing the best of Turkish cuisine.
