Spring honey is our soft set variety, foraged from rapeseed, hawthorn and plum blossom in Somerset, Yorkshire and Northamptonshire. This is a creamy honey with a light, sweet flavour, perfect for spreading on your morning toast or for use in baking.

Black Bee Honey is a single origin honey producer located just a few minutes down the road from us in Somerset. Sustainability is at the core of what they do. For every jar sold, 2% of Black Bee Honey's turnover is used to plant wildflower meadows. Their honey is single source, always from the UK and has the beekeeper and location stamped on every jar.
