Our sausages, burgers and meatballs are made with great care down in the South West, using all of the same farmers that we have across our range. Nearly all of them are gluten free, and we use as little seasoning as possible while delivering the best flavour that the meat itself offers up. These items are the lifeblood of the butcher’s shop and allow us to get creative, so look out for seasonal sausages and burgers to show off the best of what we’re lucky to have around us, be that South Devon Chillies, Somerset Cider Brandy or Fruit Pig Black Pudding.
