Mount Grace have been handcrafting our free-range bacon through traditional dry-curing methods since the company began. More recently, James, the founder, has been expanding into bespoke charcuterie, creating small-batch salamis and other artisan cured meats. We’re thrilled to be listing some of these exciting new creations, bringing his craft and passion to festive boards and everyday indulgence alike.

Wagyu Beef Chuck Steak, Pork Fat, Salt, Red Wine (SULPHITES), Dried Horseradish, Dextrose, Sugar, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Sodium Nitrate. Made with 130g beef per 100g of finished product.
