Mount Grace have been handcrafting our free-range bacon through traditional dry-curing methods since the company began. More recently, James, the founder, has been expanding into bespoke charcuterie, creating small-batch salamis and other artisan cured meats. We’re thrilled to be listing some of these exciting new creations, bringing his craft and passion to festive boards and everyday indulgence alike.
