Our award-winning free-range Bronze turkey comes from small, independent farms raising slow-growing heritage breeds. Slow-reared for at least six months and free to roam grass pastures, the birds develop outstanding flavour and succulent, tender meat. For the ultimate Christmas dinner, roast a whole bird with herb butter and all the trimmings, or choose a crown or joint for easy carving.
