A seasonal twist using a classic fruit combination, these Prune & Apricot Mini Sausages bring a perfect balance of sweet and savoury. They're also fantastic served as canapés with soft gooey cheese. We recommend Baron Bigod, or Cornish Camembert.


Our sausages, burgers and meatballs are made with great care down in the South West, using all of the same farmers that we have across our range. Nearly all of them are gluten free, and we use as little seasoning as possible while delivering the best flavour that the meat itself offers up. These items are the lifeblood of the butcher’s shop and allow us to get creative, so look out for seasonal sausages and burgers to show off the best of what we’re lucky to have around us, be that South Devon Chillies, Somerset Cider Brandy or Fruit Pig Black Pudding.

This is a raw product that must be cooked. Store below 4°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days.
Cooking times may vary depending on your oven.

Cooking from chilled:

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
2. Place the sausages in a tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes, until they reach a nice caramelised colour.
3. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Good quality and great crowd pleaser. Prune & Apricot isn’t overpowering - flavour is a bit on the mild side if anything - but that does mean most people will like them.
