We take great pride in making traditional sausagemeat stuffings, which are over 50% free-range pork. These are available in 1lb packs, or as stuffing balls, and we try hard to make sure they suit a variety of meats and dishes. From the traditional sage & onion (laced with jars and jars of real caramelised onion chutney) to truffle stuffing and fruitier options for game birds, duck and turkey, there’s something for everyone.
