Our free-range Pork Stuffing is handmade using the finest free-range pork, gluten-free breadcrumbs and fresh herbs. This stuffing has been laced with caramelised onion chutney for a sweet and savoury flavour that pairs perfectly with any centrepiece.


We take great pride in making traditional sausagemeat stuffings, which are over 50% free-range pork. These are available in 1lb packs, or as stuffing balls, and we try hard to make sure they suit a variety of meats and dishes. From the traditional sage & onion (laced with jars and jars of real caramelised onion chutney) to truffle stuffing and fruitier options for game birds, duck and turkey, there’s something for everyone.

This is a raw product that must be cooked. Store below 4°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days.
We recommend rolling stuffing into balls or sausages to give you the maximum surface area for crispy edges, everybody’s favourite. If cooking stuffing as a single piece, roast for closer to 30 minutes.

Cooking times may vary depending on your oven.

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
2. Place the stuffing balls or sausages onto a lined baking tray and roast for 25 minutes until cooked through.

Loved this stuffing. Mixed it with some sausage meat and cooked in separate dish. Could have sat and eaten this on its own - delicious. Put in sandwiches the next day with F&F pigs in blankets - wow what a sandwich!
