A luxurious blend of free-range British pork and black truffle, made for the Christmas table. Whether stuffing your bird, shaping into a wreath, or baking as golden parcels, it brings a little festive indulgence to every bite.


This special-edition stuffing is made with a combination of summertruffle and mushroom, alongside our free range pork sausagemeat. We have lightened this with a lower % of pork, but are really happy with the results – with a bit less pork the truffle and mushroom shine through and give a lovely light accompaniment to all kinds of centrepieces.

This is a raw product that must be cooked. Store below 5°C.
We recommend rolling stuffing into balls or sausages to give you the maximum surface area for crispy edges, everybody’s favourite. If cooking stuffing as a single piece, roast for closer to 30 minutes.

Cooking times may vary depending on your oven.

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
2. Place the stuffing balls or sausages onto a lined baking tray and roast for 25 minutes until cooked through.
