It wouldn’t be Christmas without our best-selling Pigs in Blankets. We source the finest free-range pork and carefully hand-wrap each mini sausage with our free-range streaky bacon, ensuring only the highest quality for your Christmas dinner table.


Our sausages, burgers and meatballs are made with great care down in the South West, using all of the same farmers that we have across our range. Nearly all of them are gluten free, and we use as little seasoning as possible while delivering the best flavour that the meat itself offers up. These items are the lifeblood of the butcher’s shop and allow us to get creative, so look out for seasonal sausages and burgers to show off the best of what we’re lucky to have around us, be that South Devon Chillies, Somerset Cider Brandy or Fruit Pig Black Pudding.

Pork (72%), Water, Seasoning (Gluten Free Crumb (Rice Flour, Dextrose, Vegetable Fibre, Salt, Processing Aid E471, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Paprika Extract), Potato Starch, Dextrose, Salt, Yeast Extract, Spices (White Pepper, Coriander, Nutmeg), Emulsifier E451, Preservative E221 SODIUM SULPHITE, Herb (Sage), Spice Extracts, Antioxidant E300), Streaky Bacon (2%) (Pork, Salt, Water, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (E500(Ii)), Preservative (E250), Antioxidant (E301)). Filled into Beef Protein Casings.

This product has been previously frozen. Do not re-freeze. This is a raw product that must be cooked. Store below 4°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days.
Cooking times may vary depending on your oven.

Cooking from chilled:

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
2. Place the pigs in blankets in a tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes, until they reach a nice caramelised colour.
3. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
This product is only available on Christmas delivery dates between Friday 19th December and Wednesday 24th December.
