Our favourite condiment combinations

Since partnering with Tracklements we’ve been testing out all of their sauces and condiments and pairing them with some of our grass fed, free range cuts. Here are some of our favourite combinations so far:

The cheeseboard essential
We love Tracklements’ Perfect Ploughman’s Pickle on the side of a cheeseboard. It goes especially well with our Applewood Cheddar. The Sticky Fig Relish is another cheeseboard staple. We love its sweet, tangy flavour.

Perfect for barbecuing
Marinate your beef or pork cuts in our new Sticky Barbecue Sauce. The Mexican honey and chipotle chillies give it a real kick. We recently tried this out with our grass fed Beef Short Ribs and it tasted amazing. Serve with corn on the cob, mashed potatoes and coleslaw for a real all-American cookout.

Enhance your roast
Tracklements’ take on Traditional Mint Sauce is a cut above the rest. Serve with a roasted Rack of Lamb and watch it disappear. We like to add a parsley and garlic crust to our roast lamb, get the recipe here. Our Strong Horseradish Cream goes beautifully with roast beef. Try it with our Beef Top Rump.

Bring the heat
Combine our Fresh Chilli Jam with soy sauce, olive oil and rice wine vinegar to create a beautifully flavoured marinade for Chicken Breasts that’s perfect for spice lovers. Serve with authentic Thai sticky rice and sugar snap peas. You can find the full recipe here.

Slather on your sandwiches
Give your sandwiches a lift by spreading a generous amount of our Mustardy French Mayonnaise on your slices of bread. We found this tastes particularly delicious in club sandwiches. We fill ours with crispy bacon, slices of chicken breast, lettuce and juicy tomatoes.
