The Mystery of Farway Marsh

Last week I went to an incredible talk given by our lamb farmer Tom as part of a collective who are seeking to restore the marshland on Tom’s farm. It was a great evening led by volunteers and experts in biodiversity, and a wonderful reminder of why farming is about so much more than the food we put on our plates. It’s about the land we farm and the lives that rely on it, both human and otherwise. We’re so proud to work with Tom, and to support farming that is a positive force for good. Farway Marsh is a great example of how sometimes the best thing to do is to restore environments to their original state, taking a step backwards and undoing some of the changes of modernisation.

I’m hoping to visit Tom on the farm in the coming weeks so I can bring more insights into our Easter lamb and what makes it so great.

All the best,
James
