Our Wild Venison

Our wild venison is lean, versatile and plays a crucial role in conservation management across our UK woodlands. Always wild and never farmed, we shoot mainly Red and Fallow deer across England in their relevant open season and a few other select breeds when available. Our hunters work to a designated quota regulated by an official governing body, ensuring responsible and sustainable culling practices.

Wild venison meat is a natural byproduct of the efforts of land and conservation management, helping to increase biodiversity and maintain the quality and structure of our British deer populations. This makes wild venison one of the most ethical and sustainable sources of protein you can buy and is a great seasonal substitute for beef in curries, casseroles and stews.
