Ingredients

• 1-1.3kg Field & Flower French Trimmed Venison Loin (as featured in the Wild Venison Hamper)
• 2 tbsp English Rapeseed Oil
• 2 tbsp fresh thyme, leaves removed from the stalk
• Seasoning to taste

Instructions

1. Let your BBQ reach a medium-low heat.

2. Rub the venison loin with the rapeseed oil, fresh thyme and seasoning to taste. Place onto the BBQ and cook for 30 minutes, turning regularly and basting with the juices. Rest before carving.
