Chilli chutney and creamy goats cheese are the perfect combination for a loaded leftover toastie. Make one for the whole family and the leftover turkey will be gone in no-time.

Ingredients
• Handful of leftover turkey, shredded
• 50g leftover goats cheese
• 2 slices of thick-cut farmhouse bread
• 2 tsp chilli chutney Handful of spinach
Instructions
1. Butter your bread on the side that will become the outside of the toastie.
2. Spread the chilli chutney onto one side of the bread (inside the toastie) before adding the leftover turkey, goats cheese and spinach.
3. Heat a knob of butter in a frying pan. Add the toastie and cook for 2-3 minutes each side until golden and crisp.
