Ingredients
• Handful of leftover turkey, shredded
• 2 slices of thick-cut farmhouse bread
• 4 slices of leftover brie
• 2 tsp leftover cranberry sauce
• Knob of butter
Instructions
1. Butter your bread on the side that will become the outside of the toastie.
2. Spread the cranberry sauce onto one side of the bread (inside the toastie) before adding the leftover turkey and brie.
3. Heat a knob of butter in a frying pan. Add the toastie and cook for 2-3 minutes each side until golden and crisp.
