Ingredients
• 2x Beef Bone Broth (500g)
• 2 tbsp Field & Flower Unsalted Butter
• 25g plain flour
• 150ml port
• 2 tbsp redcurrant jelly
• Sea salt & freshly ground pepper
Instructions
1. Heat the butter in a saucepan, then scatter over the flour. Stir until it forms a dark, sandy paste.
2. Splash in the port, stir in the redcurrant jelly and cook down until sticky.
3. Stir in the bone broth and simmer for 5-7 mins until heated and combined.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Decant into a warmed gravy jug and serve.
