Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.
2. Place the pigs in duvets onto a baking tray, evenly spread apart.
3. Lightly brush the pastry surface of each duvet with melted butter or a beaten egg yolk.
4. Put into oven and cook for around 15-20 minutes until the pigs in duvets are golden and have an internal temperature of 72°C.
5. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
