Ingredients
• 1 Capricorn Goat's cheese, cut into cubes
• 45g lambs lettuce
• 1 romaine heart lettuce
• 80g walnut pieces
• 1 handful dried cranberries
• For the dressing:
• 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp cider vinegar
• 1.5 tsp honey
• 6 tbsp olive oil
• Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Assemble the salad ingredients in a bowl.
2. Whisk together the dressing then pour over the salad. Serve immediately.
