Ingredients
• 6x Field & Flower Mini Burger Sliders
• For the mustard mayo:
• 1 tbsp Tracklements Mustardy French Mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Tracklements Robust Wholegrain Mustard
To serve:
• Field & Flower cranberry sauce
• Cornichons, sliced lengthways
• Cornish blue, crumbled
• Slider brioche buns
Instructions
1. In a heavy based non-stick frying pan, fry the sliders in 1 tbsp oil for about 5 minutes, turning half-way until browned and cooked through. If you need to cook the sliders in batches, add more oil as necessary.
2. While the sliders are cooking, mix together the mayonnaise and mustard and pop into a small dish.
3. Toast your slider buns on a griddle pan. Serve the sliders in their buns with the mustardy mayo spread on the bottom. Top with the cranberry sauce, crumbled blue cheese and sliced cornichons. Best served warm.
