Who said simple couldn’t be tasty. The mustard combined with fresh tomatoes and cheddar cheese makes quick and easy canapés or even a light lunch.

Ingredients
• 100g barbers black wax cheddar
• 120g Peter’s Yard Sourdough Crispbread Pink & Black Pepper
• 150g Cherry Tomatoes
• 40g Robust Wholegrain Mustard
• 50ml Balsamic Glaze
• Fresh Parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Slice the cheddar cheese into similar size pieces as the crispbread and place a slice on each.
2. Spoon a teaspoon of wholegrain mustard onto the cheese.
3. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on the mustard
4. Drizzle balsamic glaze over each and add a sprig of fresh parsley for some extra colour.
