Ingredients
• 100g Barber's Black Wax Cheddar
• 90g Peter’s Yard Charcoal & Rye Crispbread
• 4 Figs
• 50g Clear Runny Honey
Instructions
1. Lay the crispbreads onto your chosen serving dish.
2. Cut the cheddar cheese into reasonable sized chunks and place each on a crispbread.
3. Slice the figs thinly from stem to base and place on the cheese.
4. Drizzle ½ tsp of honey over each just before serving.
