Ingredients
• Field & Flower Black Pepper & Sage Sausage Patties, Pack of 4
• 150g of Field & Flower Barber's Haystack Cheddar
• 4 x Breakfast Muffins
• 4 x Eggs
• Salt and Pepper
Instructions
1. First, add your breakfast patties to your frying pan and cook until browned. Once golden and a little crispy, set the patties to the side of the pan to keep warm.
2. Next, grab a circular cookie cutter and place into the pan. Crack your egg into the stencil and cook for 4 minutes until the yolk is set.
3. While the eggs are cooking, add a thin slice of the cheddar to the top of your patties and leave to melt a little.
4. Slice your muffins in half and lightly toast. The timing depends on your toaster.
5. Once all elements are cooked, stack the pattie, cheese and egg within the toasted muffin. Season with a sprinkle of salt and pepper and finish with a dollop of your favourite condiment, whether that be tasty tomato sauce or fiery English mustard. Enjoy!
