Pairing the classic jacket potato with our Cropwell Bishop Stilton and a handful of walnuts is the perfect meat alternative on the BBQ. Quick and easy, our BBQ jacket potatoes require little ingredients, perfect for those last minute meals.

• Field & Flower Cropwell Bishop Stilton (200g), sliced
• Field & Flower Longmans Salted Butter Roll, knob per potato
• 3 baking potatoes
• Handful of walnuts, chopped
Instructions
1. Wrap your potatoes in tin foil and bury them deep into the ash of your BBQ, avoiding the extremely hot white ash and leave for 40 minutes.
2. After 40 minutes, use a skewer to prod the potatoes. If the skewer goes in with no resistance, the potato is ready.
3. Once soft, add a cut into the potato. Place a knob of butter and layer up the Cropwell Bishop Stilton and sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top.
4. Wrap back up with tin foil and place back onto the BBQ on top of the grill for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
