Impress your guests with these delicious little sausage rolls. They’re perfect for passing around at parties. We like to serve them with our cold cuts on boxing day, along with plenty of cheese, chutney and crusty bread.

Ingredients
• 450g Field & Flower pork sausage meat
• 2 tbsp plain flour
• 230g sheet frozen puff pastry, defrosted
• 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.
2. With lightly floured hands, mould the meat into 6 sausage shapes.
3. Lay the pastry flat on a work surface and cut it into 6 strips lengthways.
4. Spiral each strip around a sausage shape, starting at one end and overlapping slightly as you go, so it wraps around the meat.
5. Place on a baking tray, brush with the beaten egg, and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden. Serve hot or cold.
