Italian meatball, gnocchi & courgette kebabs

For a family friendly dinner this summer, why not try our Italian Sausage Meatball Kebabs. We paired them with courgettes and gnocchi (a delicious alternative to potatoes) but they’re equally good with any combination of BBQ vegetables. Just add a scattering of basil and grated parmesan for the finishing touches.

Ingredients

• Field & Flower Italian Sausage Meatballs (320g)
• 500g Gnocchi
• 1 large courgette, thickly sliced

Instructions

1. Heat up the BBQ until the coals are ashy white and hot. Meanwhile, soak the gnocchi in a bowl of boiling water for 2 minutes, then set aside and chill.

2. Add the sliced courgette, gnocchi and meatballs to your skewers and place over indirect heat and grill for around 8-10 minutes, turning frequently.

3. Once the meatballs are browned, the gnocchi is slightly crispy and the courgette is charred, plate up and serve.
