Pork tenderloin is great on the BBQ and makes for a light tasty supper with Bulgogi Sauce. Bulgogi is a Korean sauce used with meat like beef and pork. It is extremely popular with Korean BBQ and also works well with steaks or burgers.

Ingredients
• 1x Field & Flower pork tenderloin
• 3tbsp soy sauce
• 1tbsp sesame oil
• 1tbsp white caster sugar
• 1tbsp garlic, crushed
• 2tbsp spring onion, diced
• Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Marinate the meat in the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, spring onion, and seasoning. Leave for at least 1 hour before cooking.
2. Light your BBQ and wait for at least 25 minutes until the coals have turned white before you start cooking.
3. Place the pork tenderloin on the BBQ and cook for 15 minutes, turning the meat every few minutes.
4. Once cooked, cover the meat in tin foil and leave to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
