Tracklements hot smoked salmon with strong horseradish cream

Ingredients

• Honey Glazed Smoked Salmon 200g
• 1 tbsp Tracklements Strong Horseradish Cream
• 160g farfalle pasta
• 150g asparagus
• 1 tbsp créme fraîche
• Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Cook the pasta according to instructions. Meanwhile steam the asparagus and cut into long pieces.

2. Drain the pasta leaving 1 tbsp of liquid in the pan with the pasta.

3. Stir in the salmon, asparagus, crème fraiche and Strong Horseradish Cream.

4. Season to taste. Serve and enjoy!
