Hake & peperone parcels

Fancy some fish when camping or to smoke on the BBQ at home? Our hake parcels are the perfect dish for a quick and easy meal, full of flavour. Simply pairing our tasty hake fillets with vine tomatoes, a dash of olive oil, a sprinkle of salt and a squeeze of lemon, our hake parcels are a must try dish.

Ingredients

• Field & Flower hake fillets (260g)
• Field & Flower sliced peperone (60g)
• Field & Flower Dorset Sea Salt, sprinkle
• Punnet of cherry vine tomatoes (250g)
• 1 Lemon, sliced
• Dash of olive oil

Instructions

1. Place each fillet on the centre of a sheet of tin foil.

2. Layer each hake fillet with the peperone like scales. Once covered, add a few vine tomatoes, still on the vine and a dash of olive oil and a sprinkle of Dorset Sea Salt.

3. Scrunch up the parcel tightly with the tin foil, so the tasty juices will not leak and place on indirect heat.

4. Cook on indirect heat for around 20 minutes, or until the hake reaches 65°C.

5. Open up the parcel, squeeze over a slice of lemon and enjoy!
