Ingredients
• 750g Field & Flower Piri Piri Chicken Wings
• 50g butter
• 100ml hot sauce
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 lemon, halved
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir through the hot sauce, maple syrup, paprika and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix well to combine.
2. Remove the chicken wings from their packaging and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Once dry, coat the wings in your homemade buffalo sauce.
3. Cook the wings on a very hot BBQ for 10 minutes (or until cooked through), using tongs to move the wings around constantly.
4. While the wings are cooking, chargrill the lemon halves on the BBQ for 1-2 minutes. Serve together with the cooked wings and chargrilled vegetables.
